Deposits are processed automatically but can take a few minutes depending on Ethereum network congestion. Check your transaction on Etherscan. If it’s been over 30 minutes, contact support.

If you placed a limit order, it will only fill when the market reaches your specified price. Use market orders (

Withdrawal is stuck
Withdrawals can take time during high network congestion. The bot automatically resumes interrupted withdrawals. Check Etherscan for transaction status.
